We ship all items as parcel post, which allows us to track the parcel in case any problems arise. The items are insured during transit, and we encourage you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and/or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact Webshop@rdg.dk
We always wrap the items securely to minimize the risk of shipping damage.
Missing delivery
In the event of missing deliveries, Rosendahl.com will send a new delivery free of charge.
