Bjørn Wiinblad started his artistic career as a typographer, in time growing to become an artist without parallel across different materials and formats.

However it was his work with faience – with a focus on dinnerware sets and candle holders – that eventually found its way into Danish homes, thanks to a characteristic style and expression that enabled it to stand out among other Danish designs.
