Dots, checks, stripes and circles all at once? You can almost hear Bjørn Wiinblad say "of course". With her bright smile, blushing cheeks and colourful decorations, Eva embodies the essence of Bjørn Wiinblad as a person and artist – even when she is shaped as a tealight holder. Happy and dreamy, she brings life and personality to the interior with her poetic expression and vibrant colours. The tealight holders have a height of 6 cm and a diameter of 6.5 cm and come as a pair. Each one has its own distinctive look – Eva has yellow hair and the other lavender hair. They are decorated with colourful dresses in a mix of both shades. When a lit tealight is placed in them, they light up and make your day a little more colourful. With their whimsical smiles, you can almost imagine them having a cosy natter while standing on your table, sideboard or window sill. They are made of shiny, glazed ceramic with colourful decals and are inspired by Bjørn Wiinblad’s original Eva figurines, which had wide heads with floral decorations and a cone-shaped body. The face with the almond-shaped eyes and pointed nose is from Wiinblad’s original sketch, and the colourful dress patterns are a new interpretation of Bjørn Wiinblad’s archived illustrations.

Eva
Eva is a series of vases, flowerpots, candlesticks and mugs from Bjørn Wiinblad, which, with their own look, colour and physical size, support our modern curated interior design style, and make this style ultra-personal, regardless of where Eva is placed. Bjørn Wiinblad created a myriad of women’s faces, which he used in his various designs. But he often returned to one specific female motif: Eva.
