When you make a purchase on this website, you accept the following terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before you shop on our webshop.
When purchasing goods on Rosendahl.com, you must complete your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Once this has been done, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once we have packed your items and they are ready for collection at our warehouse by the selected distributor you will receive an email with your track & trace number. No later than 24 hours after receiving this email, you will be able to track the location of your item. Once your parcel has arrived at your destination, you will receive a message from the selected distributor.

You must be at least 18 years of age to shop online with us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.
At the webshop's address Rosendahl.com you can only order products via our webshop. If you have any questions about products that are not on the website, please contact us.
If you cannot find your order confirmation in your inbox, it might be in your spam folder, so we recommend that you look for it there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact email@example.com and we will resend your order confirmation.
How to shop with us
To make a purchase from us, you need to complete 6 steps:
- Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping basket, then proceed to the checkout.
- Enter your personal details, name, address, telephone number and email address, and at the same time enter the delivery address if it is different from the billing address.
- Select shipping method.
- Enter payment information and complete the purchase.
- Upon approval, you will de directed to a confirmation page where you will be given your order number and you will also receive an email with an order confirmation.
Shipping and delivery
Rosendahl.com offers free delivery on orders with a value above 85 EUR.
Shipping fee from 12 EUR.
All orders placed before 11:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 will be shipped on the next following business day.
We offer delivery to:
France - except Arctic territories, French Polynesia and Mayotte
Netherlands - except Aruba and Netherlands Antilles
Portugal – except The Azores and Madeira
Spain - except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

The valid delivery methods and prices will be visible once the purchase and choice of delivery have been completed.
The current shipping costs on the website apply at the time the order is placed.
We ship all items as parcel post, which allows us to track the parcel in case any problems arise. The items are insured during transit, and we encourage you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and/or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We always wrap the items securely to minimize the risk of shipping damage.
In the event of missing deliveries, Rosendahl.com will send a new delivery free of charge.
Cancellation right and returns
At Rosendahl.com you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods in your physical possession. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
Please note: You select a carrier and bear the costs of returning the item, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake or if the item has been damaged or defective upon receipt.
How to exercise your cancellation right
To exercise your cancellation right, you must provide us with an unambiguous declaration that you wish to cancel the purchase. We recommend that you do this by following the process described below.
- Click on “return link” at the bottom of the page of your invoice or scan the QR code on the delivery note enclosed in the box. Clicking on the link or scanning the QR code will take you to Rosendahl.com’s returns page. Please follow the instructions on the page.
- Pack the product securely in the enclosed packaging or other secure packaging. Please leave the delivery note in the package.
- Please select a carrier for the return shipment. You bear the cost of returning the product unless we have delivered the product to you by mistake or if the product has been damaged or defective upon receipt.
You select the carrier of your choice. It is not possible to state the price of the return shipment in advance, as this depends on the weight of the item and the choice of carrier, etc. However, it is likely that the return shipping will cost at least the same as what you paid in the webshop for delivery (provided that the delivery was not free). You bear responsibility for the goods until we receive them. You should therefore save the postage receipt and any track & trace number.

Please note that you cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the product or by refraining from collecting it – unless you also inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase.
When you cancel a purchase, we will refund the payment for your order. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date when we receive your returned package. Remember to keep the receipt that you receive from the carrier when you hand over the parcel for delivery as documentation that the item has been sent.
We will reimburse the amount using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any extra fees because of the refund.
Trying the product and packaging
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You may inspect the product in the same way as you can and may in a physical store, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you cannot or may not in a store, and we are unable to sell it again, or sell it at full price again, you should expect that we will deduct the deterioration in value from the amount you are to be refunded. If the product no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging, as this may otherwise result in a deterioration in value, and you will not be refunded the full purchase price. You should also ensure that the product is securely wrapped when you return it.
You bear responsibility for the goods until we receive them. You should therefore save the postage receipt and any track & trace number.
When you shop at Rosendahl.com, you are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and can complain about defects and deficiencies in a product that have occurred within 36 months of the purchase. However, this does not apply to defects, damage or wear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in the event of complaints, defects, or missing deliveries.
The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act concerning defects apply to purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for a period of 36 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or be given a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must make a complaint within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months of discovery of the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
Always contact email@example.com in the event of any complaints. After you have contacted Customer Service, it will be assessed whether the complaint is justified, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. We will refund (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs. Please do not send the item back before you have been in contact with Customer Service.
We do not accept packages without distribution or packages sent by cash on delivery.
If you disagree with our handling of your complaint, you can contact the European platform for online dispute resolution. Complaints should be submitted via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state Rosendahl Design Group A/S and our email firstname.lastname@example.org
At Rosendahl.com you can pay with Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Maestro, iDeal (Netherland).
The amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
All prices on Rosendahl.com are stated in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs will be added. If you spend more than 85 EUR, you are eligible for free shipping from selected delivery partners.
Rosendahl.com has set a maximum amount of EUR 2500 per order. If you would like to purchase items with a value above 2500 EUR, please contact Customer Service.
On Rosendahl.com, all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only Nets, ReePay and Rosendahl Design Group (including Rosendahl.com) have access to your data. Therefore, other unauthorised persons cannot see the payment information that is exchanged when you make a purchase. Price errors and discount code errors
If a price is obviously incorrect and you should reasonably have noticed this, we are not obliged to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price. This also applies in the event of technical errors in connection with discount codes, for example, which results in an obviously incorrect price. In the event of obviously incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order. It will be possible to buy the items at normal prices at any time.
