Wiinblad Art Faience 30x30 cm. In beautiful symmetry, the woman with a gentle smile and almond-shaped eyes cheerfully holds a bird on each index finger as a symbol of peace and love. Bjørn Wiinblad made the illustration for Nymølle's Art Faience launch and said in that connection in an interview in 1954, "I don't understand why more isn't being done to cheer people up with color in everyday life". For Wiinblad's art was joy and harmony, and the Art Faience poster is no exception. Wiinblad made several color combinations and this reproduction is in pink and orange.
