grooves, often made in white porcelain. But even the classic ovenproof dishes benefit from the occasional re-design. The classic ovenproof dishes from Rosendahl also come in a design twist series of minimalist and beautiful anthracite grey dishes. The series’ four functional parts have a glossy glaze and a textured surface where fine flecks bring the design to life – and the sturdy dishes are therefore both decorative enough to use directly from oven to table, while being frost-proof and microwave-proof. The ovenproof dishes are also approved for all kitchen needs and are extremely useful and practical.
The dark-glazed ovenproof dishes can withstand up to 250 degrees in the oven and are suitable for both sweet and salty
dishes, such as sweet summer fruits in apple tarts and crumbles, and autumn’s lasagne and root vegetables.
