Step into a magical, peaceful festive wonderland with Hammershøi Christmas. This is where life is cosy, calm and mindful with nostalgic and classic Christmas motifs painted in watercolours by artist Rikke Jacobsen and transferred to the Hammershøi dinner service designed by Hans-Christian Bauer. The 2024 Hammershøi Advent candle is filled with cosy and traditional Christmas motifs that make sure your countdown to Christmas unfolds in the most beautiful way. The Advent candle measures 5 cm in diameter and 25 cm in height. And in line with previous years, the motifs symbolise everything that Hammershøi Christmas stands for. The 2024 edition of the classic Advent candle is, as usual, marked with numbers from 1 to 24 and also features a snowman with a heart in his hand, a gift and a braided heart in blue shades, a reindeer, a drum, a gold/pink glass ball ornament, a small red candy cone and three cookies shaped like Christmas trees, a snowflake and a knitted jumper. All hung as small motifs on the well-known larch branch with cones. The Advent candle is made of fully refined special wax that burns beautifully until 24 December.

Hammershøi Christmas

Hammershøi Christmas is a classic and modern Christmas series that appeals to everyone whether you're mad about Christmas or mad about design. The classic Hammershøi service truly epitomises Kähler’s handmade design traditions. And in the hands of artist Rikke Jacobsen, the Hammershøi series has been infused with a touch of Christmas magic from the snow-covered and enigmatic world of winter forests, inspired by both botanical and delicate contrasting compositions.
